Throughout the entire process, he treated us like family and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Buying a home is one of those things that happen a few times in your life and can be stressful. Dan made it the best experience, both times! He took his time to explain the process, walked me through every step and turned such an anxious thing into something so exciting! He taught me SO much about what to look for when looking for a home. The binder he provided before we listed the home was detailed, accurate, and answered all of our questions regarding comps in our area, expected proceeds, etc. Dan also did a wonderful job negotiating our sales price (which he got us top dollar) as well as negotiating a 90 day occupancy. Will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends and family!
